A few years ago, I began my journey from a point of self-doubt, doubting my abilities as well as underestimating myself as a woman. Transforming your consciousness is not possible without working on your physical body. In my case, both spiritual growth as well as physical development happened through practicing yoga. Through healing my body, yoga reached my consciousness and gave me an irreplaceable gift myself. I want to create a community of women, whether known or not known by me, and known or not known by each other. Women who can get a chance to connect and know themselves.

Women who can encourage the idea of health and wellbeing. Health of the soul, body and mind. I believe that if women priorities themselves more, they will spend more time praising themselves. They will allow themselves to be surrounded by beautiful goods- rather than goods they buy “for the sake of buying something”.
