What is the difference between returning something back to us and exchanging your product size?
- You can return any product that you’re not happy with apart from those that fall under our no-return policy.
- For products that you return back to us, you can either get madebytory.com credit (which you can use to buy stuff later) or a credit / debit card refund based on the mode of payment earlier in your order.
You can make the return of your item in case it does not suits or fits you, get the refund and re-order the new item by choosing the correct size or design.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags on in the bag they were shipped in. We do not accept the return of the items what were worn or used.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as underwear, socks, personal hygienical items.
Yoga mats cannot be returned in case it was unpacked and unrolled.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Value Added Tax (VAT) on the product purchased will be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds are issued within 48 hours of returns’ quality approval. Card refund take 5-7 working days. Cash on Delivery payments are refunded immediately as store credit only.
For international orders, returns need to be shipped back by you via a courier of your choice. Shipping costs are not covered by Club Unity LLC/Made by Tory. To make a return, please follow the steps below: 1) E-mail us at email@example.com with your order number and the details of the item/s you would like to return. 2) Once our team has confirmed the return and provided the return address, pack your item/s and invoice into a bag or box. 3) On the Airway Bill, please include your invoice number and note “”Return shipment to the UAE”. Mail your return using your carrier of choice.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item in case of Local and International returns.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Tracking of the returned items
You can track your order by checking the Airway Bill (AWB) number we will send you on the shipping confirmation e-mail, or it can be accessed via your order details under My Account.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. The items on sale with 50% discount or more can not be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
